We spend a lot of Limmud (and life) rushing around without stopping and noticing much. Paying more attention to the present moment (your own thoughts and feelings, and to the world around you) can improve your mental wellbeing. So let's practice together! We will explore noticing things around us, mindful movement, music, colouring and practices.
