Marie van der Zyl

Marie van der Zyl is President of the Board of Deputies of British Jews. She has played a crucial part in the fight against antisemitism in Labour, on the far right and elsewhere. She represents the UK’s Jewish community on the world stage. In her professional life, she is a Partner at the law firm Ince specialising in employment law.

Aron Verständig

Aron Verständig was born in Stockholm, Sweden in 1985 and grew up within its Jewish community. Over the years, he has been active in the community in many different capacities. In 2015, he was elected Chairman of the community that currently has about 4,500 members making it the largest Jewish community in the Nordics. As Chairman of the Stockholm community, he is also head of the Official Council of Swedish Jewish Communities representing Swedish Jews in relation to the Swedish government and official institutions. He is a lawyer by profession.

Vivi Viskin

One of the founders of "Instrumentos de la Esperanza", a non-profit organization that looks for musical instruments related to the Shoah. The instruments are restored and played in front of audiences to honour the victims, give back their voice and teach the new generations about the Holocaust from a different, hope laden perspective.

Rachel Vogler

Rachel Vogler is the students and young people coordinator at Jewish Women's Aid. She travels the UK engaging JSocs, youth movements and young professionals in conversations about sexual assault and domestic violence. She also works as an anti-sexual violence activist in education and across the Arts.

Lea Volynsky

Leah Is the Limmud FSU LABS Regional Coordinator (USA). She was born in Moscow, Russia and immigrated to the United States in 1996. For over 17 years, Leah worked in corporate, non profit and higher education industries in marketing and event management.
