Room 1
Join some of the people behind this year's Festival for a delicious bake along - you'll need your own dough if you want it to be ready before Shabbat comes in. We will blitz through how to make the dough before chatting with members of this year's Festival team as we learn different braids; from three and six strand plaits to a circular weave.
Room 2
This year, Limmud Festival is being run through Hopin, an online conferencing tool. In this session, we will demonstrate how to use the different sections of the site, allowing you to get the most out of your Limmud experience.
Room 3
The last few years have presented humanity with an adversarial reality of global proportions. We will appropriate the Torah portion to gain a perspective of ways in which we may face adversity. We will show how the women in Exodus provide a paradigm of positivity in the face of realism, and how they sung themselves and the Israelites to redemption
