'To keva or not to keva...': Exploring the possibility of balance in tefillah

A multi-sensory exploration of the root elements of tefillah (Jewish prayer) that includes a brief overview of rabbinical and philosophical Jewish attitudes to meditation, the body and the mind. Attendees will be gently encouraged to share in their own experiences of prayer, as well as take part in a thoroughly 21st-century style digital davening immersive.
