Behind the rhinestones, feathers, tassels and boas, burlesque is all about confidence, boldness, body positivity and being brave enough to be silly and a little sexy. In this workshop we will explore movement, dance and basic burlesque technique as way to get in touch with our fabulous selves and alter egos! There is no nudity. 18 years+ only.

Curly haired Q&A and other stories - meet Limmud's new staff

Bring your textile projects for a chance to unwind, share what you’re working on and get help from others. This is a space to relax, share and meet other people who like to do things with their hands. Everyone welcome, even if you’re just curious to see what’s going on.

Make your own golem

Isaac Brynjegard-Bialik  Shawna Brynjegard-Bialik

Come and make your own golem out of cut-up comic books with Isaac and Shawna Brynjegard-Bialik in a hands-on papercutting workshop that includes learning about the legend of the golem. No art experience, clay or magic spells are required - just your enthusiasm!
