Registration for Limmud Festival 2023 is now open! We can't wait to see you there!

Dates for Limmud Festival: Friday 22 December – Wednesday 27 December. Our programme will run from Friday until Wednesday morning, with the event finishing after lunch.

Offer a Session: If you have a session you would like to present, please ensure you tick "I would like to present" below on the form. Once you have booked, you will receive an automated email with details of how you can submit your session. Please note the deadline to submit to present is 9 October.

Family Programme: We put on an extensive Family Programme for children in different age ranges including Nursery, Baby Listening and Young/Teen Limmud (YTL). If you include participants under 18 on your booking form, we ask a few extra questions in a second page of the registration.
Nursery/Creche is SOLD OUT: Due to exceptional demand, the Limmud Nursery programme is now sold out. If you would like to be added to a waiting list for under 4s, please contact office@limmud.org .

Opting out of our YTL Programme:
- Babies under 12 months can opt out off all creche programming and family services and come for free (contact the office for more information before you add them to your booking).
- Children 15+ can opt out of YTL if they would like to instead join the main programme.
If you wish to opt out, please fill in our Child Creche/YTL Waiver Form. All children need to have adult supervision throughout the event.

Additional Support: For any additional support needed for your time at Limmud Festival, please ensure you tick the box below “I have access, medical or other needs”. You will then be asked to complete an additional section on our application form. Our festival team will be in contact in due course to discuss further how we can support you.

Financial inclusion: We want to ensure Limmud Festival is as accessible for all who would like to join. Limmud offers a bursary scheme and you can apply for it in the application below. All applicants are reviewed confidentially and anonymously. The deadline to apply is 15 September and all applications will be reviewed after this date. Any requests for financial assistance received after the deadline will be considered but are subject to any remaining funds available.
Please note our bursary scheme is only available for UK residents, and for international participants for discounted places, please apply for our Yad volunteer scheme.

Terms: Participation in Limmud Festival is subject to our Event Terms and Conditions. We strongly recommend all attendees to have their own travel insurance. We'd like to highlight our refund policy: for cancellations 30 days or more prior to the Event, we will provide a full refund less £50 per participant as an administration charge. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start of the Event (including any cancellation made for any reasons relating to Covid or other illnesses).
