Childbearing is a key part of many Jews’ lives but is not always the joyful experience expected. This session will briefly provide some key facts about perinatal (i.e. pregnancy and the year after birth) mental health (PMH), aim to de-stigmatise PMH problems, explain strategies for prevention and treatment, and encourage lots of discussion and questions.
