Antisemitism in sport

The session will cover the history of antisemitism before delving into sport-specific incidents of antisemitism and how to be a part of the solution going forward. The content is highly interactive, using real-life scenarios and antisemitic incidents, and framed within a broader conversation about discrimination and the Equality Act (2010).

A double session with Irène Sinou, filmmaker. In the first part we will watch a film of COP24 at Katowice, 25 km from Auschwitz and the pilgrimage there. The film raises major questions covering Israel, Palestine, Gaza and Hamas, which we will discuss in the second part of the session.
