Dates for Limmud Festival: Friday 20 December – Wednesday 25 December. Our programme will run from Friday until Wednesday afternoon, with the event finishing after lunch.
SOLD OUT
Shabbat: We have now sold out our Shabbat places at Festival. If you would like to be put on a waiting list please email office@limmud.org, although we cannot guarantee that a place will become available. Please book Saturday-Wednesday (entry from after Shabbat onwards), or Sunday-Wednesday for Hilton or Crowne Plaza accommodation.
Yad Places: We have now sold out our Yad places at Festival. If you would like to be put on a waiting list please email office@limmud.org, although we cannot guarantee that a place will become available.
YTL Places: Ages 16 months to 2 years old, school year 5 and year 9 are full and sold out at the moment. Please contact the office if you would like to be put on the waiting list for any of these year groups. Limited spaces still available in nursery and YTL.
Nursery: 16 month-2 years old Sold Out: We have currently sold out of nursery places for children who will be 16months to 2 years old at Festival. If you would like to be added to the waiting list for this age group, please email office@limmud.org. We have limited other spaces in both our nursery upto 15 months and 3years +.
Offer a Session:Please note the deadline to sign-up to present at Festival has now passed. If you have any questions regarding programming, please email office@limmud.org, but be advised as the deadline has passed, we may not be able to accommodate new requests.
Family and Young & Teen Limmud (YTL) Programme: Would you like to present for our youngest Limmud participants? We are looking for presenters to join our Families and YTL Programme. If so, please click "offer a session" within this application form. Once you have completed your booking, you will receive a separate email with your personalised link to upload your biography and session(s). Deadline of 25 September to offer a session and submit your session(s).
Volunteering at Limmud Festival: Volunteering is a key feature of Limmud Festival. We are all responsible for each other and for the communities we create and we encourage participants to take an active part if Festival. Volunteering opportunities are only open to residential participants. Ad-hoc volunteering roles will also be available.
There are three different ways of volunteering at Festival:
1. Participate in the Yad (helping hand) volunteering scheme (open to all participants)

Opting out of our YTL Programme:
- Babies under 12 months can opt out off all creche programming and family services and come for free (contact the office for more information before you add them to your booking).
- Children 14+ can opt out of YTL if they would like to instead join the main programme.
If you wish to opt out, please fill in our Child Creche/YTL Waiver Form. All children need to have adult supervision throughout the event.
Please be advised that under 18s need to be on a booking with an adult, and cannot book a ticket themselves.
Access Needs: For any additional support needed for your time at Limmud Festival, please ensure you tick the box below “I have access, medical or other needs”. You will then be asked to complete an additional section on our application form. Our Festival team will be in contact in due course to discuss further how we can support you.
Financial inclusion: We want to ensure Limmud Festival is as accessible for all who would like to join. Limmud offers a bursary scheme and you can apply for it in the application below. All applicants are reviewed confidentially and anonymously. The deadline to apply is 16 September and all applications will be reviewed after this date. Any requests for financial assistance received after the deadline will be considered but are subject to any remaining funds available.
Please note our bursary scheme is only available for UK residents, and for international participants for discounted places, please apply for our Yad volunteer scheme.
Terms: Participation in Limmud Festival is subject to our Event Terms and Conditions. We strongly recommend all attendees to have their own travel insurance. We'd like to highlight our refund policy: for cancellations 30 days or more prior to the Event, we will provide a full refund less £50 per participant as an administration charge. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start of the Event (including any cancellation made for any reasons relating to Covid or other illnesses).
