In this Beit Midrash session we will examine the core Talmudic sources that poskim (halachic decision makers) use to think through questions of matrilineality Jewish status in cases of egg donation and surrogacy. We will try our best to act as poskim, seeing how we can put the sources before us together, and examine approaches from several major poskim of our time.
