The workshop “Female Sexuality as a Source of Resilience” aims to reframe and empower female sexuality after October 7th. It provides a safer space for reflection and self-empowerment. We’ll address October 7th’s impact on Jewish and Israeli women, explore sexuality’s role in well-being, and include an anatomy quiz and open discussion.

There have never been consistent and universally recognised borders for Israel and Palestine. Which in turn has meant that the lives of both Israelis and Palestinians have been affected both positively and negatively. We will explore these historical changes and where we could land in the future.

Join us for a journey of embodied ecstatic movement as we bring in the illumination and mindset shift in preparation for Hannukah. We’ll gather to set intentions through ritual with Zac Kamenetz, embark on a journey through ecstatic dance and close together with a guided body scan meditation.

This session is for people who have a basic knowledge of playing the ukulele. Our aim is to have fun singing and playing popular songs and Hebrew melodies. The ability to read music is not required as all the songs will come with chord charts. Bring a ukulele (and music stand) if you have one, but there will be a few spare Ukes available.
