Over the course of this year alone, Israel has faced its third election in 18 months, a unity government, two waves of coronavirus outbreaks, and proposed landmark shifts in Israel's relationship with the Palestinians. Sharren Haskel MK is uniquely placed to talk about the current issues Israel faces, and the way forward in the years to come.

Through sharing his personal story about Judaism and queerness, Adam will talk about the power those entities hold when combined. There will then be a discussion about finding strength in intersectional Jewish identities as the world around us seems to be falling apart.

During Corona, Lionel and his new company Merachok, produced and participated in everything from a bris, to conferences with hundreds at a time, to funerals, making sure people are as close as possible in times of physical distancing.

I'll be speaking about the challenges of launching a non-profit this year, with some expert knowledge from a Harvard Business School class I took on fundraising (you're welcome for saving you all that $). I'll also be speaking about my organisation's COVID relief work in NYC and in India – bringing millions of bars of soap to people in dire need.
