Come on down to this year’s LGBT+ seudah and reach for that hummus. What’s the worst that could happen? Please note this space is only for LGBT+ participants.

As part of spiritual practice within corporeality, the Baal Shem Tov taught about food and taste, based on the verse, 'Taste and see that the Lord is good' (Psalms 34:9). Based on this teaching, we shall explore and engage in the spiritual practice of mindful eating as part of our Seudah Shlishit (third meal of Shabbat).
