The exhortation to ‘listen’ is impressed daily on every Jew. The ability to hear starts before birth, but the art of listening can blossom throughout our lives. Violinist and educator Ruth Waterman demonstrates how much there is to hear and, as a result, how our responses deepen and our delights multiply. She plays live examples on the piano.
