Moshe Feldenkrais was an Ukrainian-Israeli engineer and Judoka who developed a unique healing method based on body perception and micro movements. We will engage in a healing session based on Feldenkrais in the framework of a Jewish meditation. This session takes place lying down (yoga mat or something similar).

JCC Prague was established in summer 2020 with a vision of a modern Jewish cultural centre in a physical space open to all. Then the pandemic and its lockdowns hit. With a little detour from its vision, JCC Prague faced this challenge and took it as an opportunity to create various flagship projects and to build a community without walls.
