We will enjoy some silent, sitting meditation together. Stopping and creating some space for ourselves, in a busy day. We will use simple techniques, like watching the breath, to bring us into the present moment. No previous experience is necessary, just a desire to come back home to the body and the breath, and to allow the mind to quieten down.
Red 5
A singalong to recordings of songs from, Fiddler on the Roof, The Beatles, Abba, and many more. Printed word sheets will be provided. You don't even have to sing, just enjoy the music.

Come and experience a summer-camp classic: the wide game. Played in small teams and incorporating a range of challenges, from the profound to the mundane to the fundamentally absurd, this mega-event will have you feeling nostalgic for balmy summers with bad food - even on a gloomy day in Birmingham. Wear outdoor clothes.
