If you fancy a chance to stretch your legs as well as your minds then then do join us for this outdoor run. We can meet new people, discuss Jewish topics, Limmud sessions, running schedules or just enjoy being outside. Be prepared to run for an hour and perhaps get muddy.

We will do some stretching, some yoga postures, a breathing exercise and a guided relaxation. Using the breath to bring us into the present moment, we will enjoy being in our bodies and moving them elegantly. We will also enjoy the quiet spaces between. A reasonable level of fitness is required.
