Gabi (she/her) is a movement teacher specialising in accessible and trauma informed yoga. She also works in LGBTQ Mental Health and as an LGBTQIA+ educator and consultant. Gabi loves to dismantle systems of power and centres consent, autonomy and equity in her work. Gabi co-founded Laviot, a community for LGBT+ Jewish women and non-binary people.

Ilan lives in London and was born in South Africa. His great grandparents came primarily from Lithuania in the late 19th Century. He has a BA and MSc and works in the software development. He has been learning Yiddish since 2019.

Marcia is Director of Jewish Life and Partnership at Rashi School, Boston, USA. Passionate about Mussar, she has studied and taught it for years. She created a New England Mussar conference and teaches an online Mussar group for Americans and Brits. She lived and worked as a rabbi in London for 25 years. She is co-founder of SoulBalanceMussar.

Zack is deputy leader of the Green Party of England and Wales. He is also an elected member of the London Assembly, where he has chaired the environment committee for the last couple of years. Zack is proud to be one of only three Jewish people in leadership positions in British politics in the 21st century.

Michael is a graduate of the Department of Philosophy at the London School of Economics. Prior to that he studied at the legendary Chevron Yeshiva. He has taught at Eton College, Satmar High School, JCoSS and established the flourishing Philosophy Department at JFS secondary school. He is director of education at Yad Vashem UK.

Hilary teaches Sephardi history and culture at University College London. She has a Phd in Ladino ballads. She has written many academic articles about Ladino songs and Sephardi culture, and collaborated with musicians. Hilary has been an invited speaker at universities across Europe and Israel.

Ze'ev is a law lecturer at Buckinghamshire New University. He previously worked as a trainee advocate at Gilead Sher and Co in Tel Aviv, and was political adviser and parliamentary assistant to former Labour MP Louise Ellman for ten years. Ze'ev has a real interest in history.

Rebecca Posner |

Rebecca grew up in Italy and North London. With her background in biomedical research, as well as a lifelong feminist, she is currently working on a laboratory-based PhD in women's health relating to infectious risk factors of premature birth. Rebecca has an active interest in reproductive education alongside women's roles and education in Judaism.

Simon is technical director of LUMESCA Group Ltd. He is an expert in colour communication, artist and author of 'On the Sixth Day God Created Colour'. He has an art college training with master’s degree in visual communication. This, combined with his modern orthodox Torah ethos, is reflected in his inspirational Gematriart® imagery.
