Yael Roberts |

Yael Roberts is Director of Community & Education at Westminster Synagogue. She has worked at Reform Judaism as Young Adults Community Organiser and at Alyth as Lead Educator. She co-founded the Willesden Minyan in 2015 after studying at Pardes and Nishmat. She holds an MA in Printmaking from Camberwell College and a BA from Yeshiva University.

Michael Rosenfeld-Schueler is the Jewish Chaplain for Oxford University. He recently completed an MSc in Organisational Psychology specialising in the management of Jewish identity and antisemitism in the workplace. Michael is a graduate of the Senior Faith in Leadership Programme at Windsor Castle and a regular on BBC Oxford radio.

Sophie is a British diplomat in Delhi where she eats too much Indian food and runs a group called Jew Delhi with her husband. Sophie was previously a civil servant in London, co-chaired the Civil Service Jewish Network and co-founded the Jewish chamber choir Minim. She studied Classics and Theology at Oxford and launched its student egalitarian minyan.

Merav Roth (PhD) is a clinical psychologist and a training psychoanalyst at the Israeli psychoanalytic society. Chair of the psychotherapy program, Sackler school of Medicine, Tel-Aviv University, a researcher and a writer. Among her recent publications is: “A Psychoanalytic Perspective on Reading Literature: Reading the Reader” (Routledge, 2020).

Danny is HM Deputy Consul General to South West China. Prior to this he ran the Saudi Arabia team and other roles included working on Yemen, Afghanistan and Russia. Danny has also served in Brussels at the EC and on Capitol Hill for a US Congressman. Danny has been a dedicated Limmudnik since Conference 1992 when he saw a pirated copy of Aladdin.
