With a mixture of meditation and chanting, we'll wake up slowly and gently together. Using lines from the liturgy and rabbinic teachings, we'll chant to cultivate joy, awareness, compassion, and trust. This session is a prep for the Progressive Shacharit, but everyone is welcome, whether you're a regular meditator or just enjoy a bit of singing.
