Marie van der Zyl

Marie van der Zyl is Vice President of the Board of Deputies of British Jews. She is Chair of the Defence and Interfaith Relations Division, which also deals with campus affairs, and she is an employment lawyer.

Ian Vellins

Ian Vellins is a retired lawyer and Judge and has MA degrees in Law, Holocaust Studies and Modern History at Oxford, Manchester and Leeds. He has taught the Melton Hebrew University courses and is a regular presenter at Limmuds, historical societies and Art societies.

Naomi Verber

Naomi Verber is a management consultant by day and an artist by night. She studied History of Art at Sotheby's Institute of Art with a particular interest in the inter-war period.

Richard Verber

Richard Verber is World Jewish Relief's Head of External Affairs and Senior Vice President of the Board of Deputies of British Jews. He spent four years working for the Union of Jewish Students, is an educator for March of the Living UK and was co-chair of Limmud Conference 2013.

Yitzach von Schweitzer

Yitzach was born in Austria 1926. He saw German war service in 1944-45, and was then a POW in London until 1948. He studied at the LSE, worked for John Lewis in London and ITT in New York, before settling in Johannesburg. He is married with five children, and has been an Orthodox Jew since 1984.
