As cantor at FRS, Zoe is a passionate advocate for innovation within liturgical and Jewish music. Inspired by outstanding song leaders and cantors in her studies at HUC-JIR in New York, Zoe believes in the power of music to inspire Jewish life and created the biennial Shirei Chagigah conference in 2011.

Ruth Jacobson |

Ruth studied painting and etching at the Slade and architectural glass at Central St. Martins, London. Her work is an exploration of her Jewish identity. In 2004 the Victoria and Albert Museum commissioned a glass panel for the Judaica display, Sacred Silver and Stained Glass Gallery.

A graphic designer who has previously worked with Reform Judaism UK on Real Conversations, and with Lior Kaminetsky, the rabbi of Birmingham Central United Synagogue on several design projects. The most recent of these is a documentary about Jewish communities in small communities in Middle America.
