Max Naar

Max is Partnerships Coordinator at Limmud, responsible for development and maintaining relationships with external organisations. Outside of work Max has varied interests- he enjoys travel, David Attenborough documentaries, baking, whisky, children’s literature and experiencing the unexpected.

Allan Nadler

Allan has a BA from McGill, an MA and a PhD from Harvard. He has been a professor of Jewish Studies at Drew University since 1998 and the director of research at the YIVO Institute for Jewish Research (NYC) 1991-1998. Allan was rabbi of Congregation Shaar Hashomayim in Montreal, 1981-1991.

Yonatan Neril

Yonatan is a rabbi and founded and directs the Interfaith Center for Sustainable Development and its Jewish Eco Seminars branch. He speaks widely on religion and ecology, and co-organised ten interfaith eco-conferences. He completed an MA & BA at Stanford and lives with his wife and two kids in Jerusalem.

David Newman

David Newman is professor of Geopolitics and founder of the Department of Politics at Ben Gurion University. Originally from the UK he has lived in Israel since 1982. In 2013 he was awarded an OBE for promoting scientific cooperation between Israel and the UK.

Jacqueline is an artist and Jewish educator who uses art to engage with traditional Jewish ideas in untraditional ways. Jacqueline co-ordinates Arts & Culture events at JW3 London and regularly teaches at LSJS. Jacqueline is also a regular contributor to BBC R2 Pause for Thought.
